Before Oregon legalized marijuana, Washington had a year-long head start, making the City of Vancouver, Washington a gold rush town. New Vansterdam recognized the need to change their business model before Oregon marijuana sales became legal. That’s when Leopold Ketel fired up the pipe and applied our marketing process to make New Vansterdam a mature brand, shedding the back alleys and tie-dyed t-shirts of cannabis culture.
